If you would like to help out building and maintaining trails here ae Ae Forest then e mail us through our contact us page or phone the shop on 01387 860541 and add your name to the growing list of volunteers.
Every second Saturday we meet at Ae Bike Shop & Cafe at 9am then head out for a few hours work before making our way back to the cafe for a free lunch. After that your free to get out and do some riding!!!
The Ae Demons are a great way to be involved at the heart of mountain biking in the 7 Stanes. You learn new skills (or at least how to use a wheel barrow!!) meet new friends and you really will be helping to make Ae Forest a fantastic destination for all riders.

As a way of saying thanks if you help out on any 4 Saturdays you'll get a free Ae Demons Hoodie.
Help out on any 6 Saturdays and you'll get a free uplift ticket with Upliftscotland at Ae. Trail building runs throughout the year. Keep your eye on the website or the "Ae Bike Shop" Facebook page for updates and changes.

Ae Trail Demons ...
Big thanks to Graham, Steven, Jen, Allan, Euan, Gordon, Ryan, Lewis, Cub, Andy, Tally & Rob who kick started the Demons on possibly the wettest day of the year!!!
Remember ... this work is outside, it can be cold & wet, it can be outrageously hot (we wish!!), it requires physical effort and a sense of humour ... if your up for it come along and join in. Make sure you bring warm and waterproof clothing, appropriate footwear and don't forget to pack your sense of humour in your daysack! Good singers are also welcome to provide entertainment.
